Swatch Group (Japan) K.K. Rado Division started to sell "The Original Split Second Chronograph", which is the first Rado mechanical split second chronograph model.
Rado released in 1962 "The Diastar The Original" as a scratch proof watches, featuring barrel shape bezel. The model has been best selling more than 40 years since the debut.
Following
"The Original Diver", "The Original Classic" and "The Original Chronograph" released in 2005, "The Original Split Second Chronograph" is newly lined up in the series.
This model is equipped with automatic chronograph movement (ETA 7770), which is with split second and COSC certified. The precision instrument can be seen through the see-through back. Screw-down crown and push pieces realized 100m water resistant .
