Heiwado & Co started to distribute a new model "Waltham Lady Baroda" on the Japanese market. Waltham will celebrate the 160th anniversary next year.
Lady Baroda is produced and designed by a watch designer Pierre-Andre Finazzi. The original design came from “the Moon of Baroda”, which is 24.04-carat canary-yellow pear-shaped diamond necklace worn by Marilyn Monroe for the promotions of famous movie “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes”.
The Moon of Baroda is world widely well known diamond. It used to be owned by Indian Maharaja and presented to Maria Theresia of Austria. It was owned by American jeweller afterwards. The present owner is Heiwado & Co. in Japan.
