(April 14, 2003)

The most significants of the all innovations and changes, designed to reflect the many intiatiatives and developments which were central to the three year strategy, launched in 2000, to revitalise the Show, is the new concept "One Show - Two Locations" with the Show's expansion to Zurich and the total reorganisation of the exhibition halls in Basel.

This year's show include the addtion of exhibition hall in Zurich housing about 800 exhibitors. This significant expansion allows for the reorganisation of the halls in Basel and the accommodatin of new prestige brand exhibitors. As a result, the overall show will display a much clearer segmentation. The country exhibitors wil be housed in Zurich and all exhibitors of branded goods will be present in Basel. Hall1,4 and 5 are exclusively dedicated to watch brands, Hall 2 houses all jewellery brands, while related industry exhibitors, including loose diamonds stones and pearls will exhibit in Hall 3.
