BASELWORLD2008 - New space for Watch and Jewellery Sector

The World Watch and Jewellery Show will be opening its doors in Basel once again from April 3 to 10, 2008. With the new Hall of Impressions for jewellery exhibitors and the reconfigured Hall of Fascinations for watch brands.

HALL OF FASCINATIONS (HALL 2.0)
Hall of Fascinations in building 2 is newly designed for watch brands in response to the constantly growing demand for exhibition space.
HALL OF IMPRESSIONS (HALL 3.3)
Demand from exhibitors in the jewellery sector is also running at a very high level. The newly furbished Hall of Impressions in building 3 offers an additional 8,500m2 exhibition space, opening up a new world for jewellery exhibitors.

BASELWORLD Daily News
The BASELWORLD Daily News, attracting a great deal of interest form visitors and exhibitors. The paper provides visitors with the latest news from the Show on a daily basis, reporting on the participating brands and their activities. It also provides a comprehensive overview of what is taking place in the sectors in question.
BASELWORLD Village
Launched for the first time last year, as an evening rendezvous outside the Show, it proved to be a great success. Visitors can look forward to an extended range of gastronomical offerings and a more frequent shuttle service.
Online ticket and catalog

Ticket is available for purchase in advance on internet. Payment is made by credit card. For purchase, access http://www.baselworld.com, and click "my-login". One day ticket is Sfr.45, and multiple-day ticket is Sfr.120.

Purchase of catalog is also available on internet, but only from the end of March. On-line catalog is useful in that case. (but it is not yet updated as of February 7)
