Bovet opens the "Salon Bovet" at Geneva in April every year to introduce their new collection of the year. The same salon of this year is scheduled to be held in Tokyo as the "Salon Bovet Tokyo 2007".
The history of Bovet watch started in 1822 when Edouard Bovet made his first watches to display exotic European arts to the Chinese aristocracy. Bovet 1822 celebrates its 185th anniversary this year.
At the "Salon Bovet Tokyo 2007", 185th anniversary models such as the Minute-repeater limited edition, New Tourbillon will be displayed. Fleurier42 anniversary model will be also introduced commemorating the 10th year of Fleurier collection.
Furthermore, perpetual calendar with retrograde-date-indicator, new Fleurier collection with diamonds, new Sportstar model with black PVD, red-gold&SS case Saguaro model with 300 water resistant are also showcased.
