Carl F. Bucherer is a brand of Bucherer Group, of which headquarter is in Lucerne/Switzerland. The name of the founder, Carl F. Bucherer, is taken as the brand name of their collection born in 2001.

Bucherer group has started in 1888, when Carl F. Bucherer opened his store "Bucherer" in Lucerne. Soon after, in 1919, they started production of "Bucherer" watches. At present, Bucherer is the one of the leading Swiss watch retailers with 36 shops worldwide, and at the same time, manufacturer of the Carl F. Bucherer watches.

Distribution of Carl F. Bucherer watches in Japan is made by Bucherer Japan Ltd., a sister company of Bucherer group. It was set up in March this year for distribution and after sales service of Carl F. Bucherer watches. It also offers after sales service of Bucherer watches.

Collection of the Carl F. Bucherer is composed with "Patravi", "Manero" and jewellery watch "Aracria".
The photo above shows the "Patravi Chronograde". It has chronograph, flyback function, large date, annual calendar, power reserve indication and retrograde hours totalizator at 7-8 o'clock position.

The collection will be retailed at watch retailers and department stores throughout Japan.
