J.Osawa & Co.,Ltd. (Tokyo) has signed the agency contract with Cedric Johner SA (Geneve/Switzerland) and start the distribution on Japanese market from October 2002.

Cedric Johner SA was estabilshed in 1997 by Mr.Cedric Johner and his wife. They produce complicated mechanical watches housed in entirely home made cases. In 1998, Cedric Johner watches were inroduced at the Basel Fair for the first time. They have also obtained the Geneve Seal in 2000.
Cedric Johner watches are produced at their workshop by 4 watchmakers.

Watch case of Cedric Johner The cases are entirely home made and named as "Abyss". This home made production give each piece its uniqueness and originality of integration of roundness with hexagonal sapphire. "Abyss" means "deep-sea", and contains also the mysterious meaning that one cannot know what will happen... Movement of Cedric Johner Each parts are polished and engraved by hand and 3 Cedric Johner's master watchmakers create complications as jumping-hour, perpetual calendar, or minute-repeater.
