Shop of F.P.Journe watch newly opened at Minami Aoyama (Tokyo) in September. The shop is designed like a friendly salon for enthusiasts about F.P.Journe watches.

F.P.Journe watches are created by Mr. Francois-Paul Journe, a master watchmaker and inventor. He began training at the watchmaker's school at the age of fourteen. Having been restoring antique watches after completed his studies, first-rate clientele got to entrust him with the finest collections.

In 1985, he set up his first workshop. He made some one-of-a-kind creations according to orders from collectors or developed and created innovative movements upon requests by luxury watchmaking houses. In 1999, collection of wrist watches signed "F.P.Journe - Invenit et Fecit" has launched and distributed by Montres Journe SA, Geneve.

The "Invenit et Fecit" means "invented and made" in Latin. It certifies that each of the watches carrying his name results from an entirely original conception and rigorous craftmanship.

COLLECTION SOUVERAINE

They are exceptional mechanical creations - "Tourbillon Souverain" which is the first tourbillon wrist watch with remontoir, and "" which was innovated in 2000 after 15 years of research.

COLLECTION OCTA

Its caliber is extremely fast automatic winding - one and half hours for more than 5 day's running - and designed to incorporate a variety of complications, without modifying its size.
