Watch Course enrollment for 2012 & event at Hiko Mizuno College of Jewelry

Hiko Mizuno College of Jewelry Mizuno school is taking applications of Watch Maker Course and Watch Maker Master Course. Courses are open to all. Application for Watch Maker Couse of Career College (evening course) will be taken from Tuesday, 1st of November.

Watch Maker Course (2 years)
WM course is to study general technique and knowledge of watchmaker, such as overhaul skill of movement watch, watch theory, metalwork, quartz watch, antique watch repairing, and business manner, product knowledge. These skills are strongly required to become professional watchmakers.

Watch Maker Master Course (3 years)
In addition to Watch Maker (2 years) course, this course will cover the curriculum of studying overhaul skills for complicated chronograph watches.

Watch Maker Course (1 year. Evening course.)
This chouse is 2 times a week on Tuesday and Thursday evening, between 19:00 - 21:00. This course covers mainly overhaul skill of simple mechanical watches, watch theory, repair of quartz watch, adjustment of escapement, balance staff and mainspring.

 

Watch Course Event
October 30, 2011.
13:00 - 16:30

Experience decomposition and assembly training using a pocket watch (4cm in diameter). Movement is larger than one is used in actual class. Anyone could try and experience it. After the event, possible to ask about the details of courses and consult admission. It is free of charge, but must be booked in advance.
