DKSH Group and Desco Group had agreed early this year to merger. DKSH Group absorb the marketing, distribution and commercial transaction of Desco Group. According to this agreement, Japanese subsidiaries of both group, Nihon Siber Hegner KK and Desco(Japan)Ltd merged on October 1, 2008. All business transaction of Desco(Japan)Ltd is transferred to Nihon Siber Hegner KK. The watch brands that Desco(Japan)Ltd has been distributing on Japanese market are also transferred to Nihon Siber Hegner KK. They are, ARNOLD&SON, GRAHAM, MAURICE LACROIX, PARMIGIANI Fleurier.

DKSH Japan KK add those 4 brands to their dealing bands, CORUM, DUBEY & SCHALDENBRAND, HARRY WINSTON, LOUIS ERARD, MOMO DESIGN, MONDAINE, ROGER DUBUIS, SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, TIMEX, TX,ULYSSE NARDIN, WENGER.
