Mr. Yamada, TECHNO SWISS

Mr. Yamada is a board member of Nihon Tokei Kenkyukai (Japan Watchmaker's Workshop). He has deepen knowledge of antique watches. He repairs antique watches making necessary parts.

2  watchmakers  are working at the atelier. Ms. Suzuki has very good experience and has technique to repair perpetual calendar and tourbillon. Mr. Tazawa graduated WOSTEP course at Hiko Mizuno College of Jewelry. He trained in Switzerland and worked at an atelier in Japan.

Mr. Yamada keenly felt that provided after-sales service and customer's needs does not meet for many years. He also points out that customers are not provided enough information on after-sales service when they buy watches.

It takes about 6 months up to 1 year for the repair of complication watches which sent to Switzerland. Most complication watches are possible to be repaired in Japan by Mr. Yamada and his watchmakers. Estimated repair period is just over 1 month. It is very good news for watch owners who wish to wear their favorite watches as soon as possible. Repair rate is very clear, so this is also very strong and reliable point for watch owners.

Mr. Yamada takes that techniques and skills should be opened and easy to be understand for watch owners. At his atelier, he opens a watch and shows the inside of the watch in front of the owner.  Then he explains watch owner that which part of the watch has a problem, and whether it is possible to be repaired or it should be sent to the manufacture in Switzerland.

Relative microscope will be set in the atelier, so watch owner could check the inside of the watch together with a watchmaker.

Automatic from JPY. 20,000.-
