The Spirit of Beauty - Van Cleef & Arpel Exhibition at Mori Arts Gallery

Van Cleef & Arpels "The Spirit of Beauty" is exhibited at The Mori Arts Center Gallery from October 31, 2009 till January 17, 2010.

Van Cleef & Arpels was found in France in 1906 and renowned for "the Mystery Setting" which is special gem-setting technique without showing clasps.

 


Spirit of Beauty

This exhibition is consisted of four themes: The Spirit of Nature, The Spirit of Elegance, The Spirit of Adventure and Incarnations.

Jewels, timepieces, fashion accessories and objets d’art, in all over 290 pieces selected from House of Van Cleef & Arpels and other French and international collections are exhibited.

The title of this exhibition is named after the famous dragonfly fairy clip (the photograph left) of the Maison which is known as "The Spirit of Beauty".

"The Spirit of Beauty" is exhibited at the booth of “Barbara Hutton”, an American Billionaire, at the Incarnations area.
