Swiss Design On Time Co.Ltd., newly set up in
Tokyo by Century Time Gems SA (Nidau/Switzerland) beginning this year,
started import and distribution of Ventura watches in Japan.
Ventura is a young brand established in 1990.
The brand is known for its "Micro-Architecture" of bold, modern
design, innovation and technical competence.
They are specialized in two areas;
- COSC sertified mechanical chronometers, made
in highly scratch-resistant materials Durinox and Tinatox, developped
and registered by Ventura
- Swiss made high-tech digital watches with it's
own movements.
Automatic digital watch "SPARC"
- the world's first and only

SPARC models contain no batteries. They
produce their own electric energy with a self-winding generator
mechanism.
Digital display - but, the setting of time,
date, selection of display(12/24 hours)are all made simply by crown.
No awkward push buttons.
Only basic function on purpose. The oversized
display is very readable.

Equipped with original movement developped
by Ventura. Instead of the many push-buttons, it features one single
cylindric wheel-barrel. with it, the multiple functions can be scrolled
up and down very simply.
Case and bracelet are in Durinox, hardening
treatment of stainless steel, patent by Ventura.
