Friendear and Be Watch Merged into World Commerce

(October 6, 2004)		  
 
     

Friendear Inc and Be Watch Company were merged into World Commerce Corp as of October 1, 2004.

The distribution of the two brands, VULCAIN and BELL&ROSS that Friendear and Be Watch Co has been respectively devoted, were took over by World Commerce Corp. No.3 Jewelry and Watch Division. This division is a new section started at the following address:

The new division is also in charge of CHRONOSWISS in addition to the VULCAIN, and BELL&ROSS.

The distribution of REVUE THOMMEN was transfered to Dai-Ichi Showa Co. (7-10 Nihonbashi Kodenmacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Tel: 03-3667-0767) as of October 1.
