Jaeger-LeCoultre Hosts an Immersive Experience Event
2An immersive experience event, “The Valley of Inventions,” will be held in Roppongi, Tokyo, from Thursday, October 1 through Tuesday, October 6, 2026

To celebrate the opening of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Ginza Namiki Boutique on August 20, the “The Valley of Inventions” exhibition will be held at Hills Café/Space in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo. The exhibition invites visitors to explore the world of the Vallée de Joux, nestled high in Switzerland’s Jura Mountains, where Jaeger-LeCoultre’s spirit of invention and savoir-faire (master craftsmanship) have been cultivated.
At the venue, visitors can explore the unique connections between place, people, and invention, discovering how the Vallée de Joux has shaped the Maison’s watchmaking and its relentless pursuit of precision. The experience also includes displays of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s new 2026 models, live demonstrations, and opportunities to appreciate fine craftsmanship through all five senses.
During live demonstrations by watchmakers from the Manufacture in the Vallée de Joux and artisans from the Métiers Rares™ workshops, visitors can witness the intricate processes of enamel decoration and the assembly of complicated mechanisms, gaining a firsthand appreciation of the remarkable precision, patience, and craftsmanship required to create mechanical timepieces. The exhibition will also offer a limited number of special cheese bites created by two-Michelin-starred chef Gilles Varone, recreating recipes inspired by the Vallée de Joux. The offering comes from Made of Makers™, the Maison’s unique program that brings together artists, designers, and craftspeople from diverse fields to draw inspiration from the Maison’s core values of creativity, expertise, and precision while exploring new forms of expression. Through this dialogue between watchmaking and culinary savoir-faire, visitors can discover the unique allure of the Vallée de Joux and its rich cultural heritage.

Over the course of six days, visitors can explore more than 190 years of ingenuity and invention dating back to 1833, while experiencing firsthand the precious traditions of high watchmaking.
