DOXA, a genuine dive watch brand founded in 1889 and known for its vintage aesthetic, has signed an official distribution agreement with DOXA and Osawa Shokai Co., Ltd, and began sales in Japan in April 2026.
In April 2026, DOXA, which made its debut in Japan, is a full-fledged dive watch brand with a strong vintage feel. Founded in 1889 in Le Locle, the heart of Switzerland’s watchmaking industry, the brand has now unveiled its latest model, the “SUB 200 II.” This new release is based on the flagship SUB 200 collection and incorporates a fumé dial—its first for the brand—adding a touch of elegance and retro nuance.
The fumé (smoked) finish, in which the color gradually deepens toward the outer edges, creates a delicate sense of depth. While maintaining the high legibility that is a key characteristic of DOXA, it also gives the dial a three-dimensional quality and a strong presence.
Also, the vintage-style domed sapphire crystal and the traditional Milanese mesh bracelet create a sense of visual depth while lending a subtle retro atmosphere.
It is a new icon model that remains faithful to the tradition of a true diver’s watch while further enhancing the elegance of the timepiece.
