The opening of Corum Japan KK

Montres CORUM announced the official opening of its Japanese subsidiary during a launch event on 23 June 2014 at Cross Tokyo.

Based on a strong will to build a long-term presence of Corum watch in Japan, Montres CORUM (La Chaux-de-Fonds - Switzerland) officially announced the opening of its subsidiary which is headed by Michio Watanabe - a seasoned watch industry professional in the Japanese market and his team.

With this appointment, Montres Corum once again reiterates its commitment of this traditionally important market and the determination to regain its rightful place in the minds of the Japanese watch-loving public.

Since 1955, Corum has adopted creativity and boldness as its guiding principles. It is pursuing the path traced by the founders, more loyal than ever to the iconic collections, while enriching them with powerful modern touch bearing the hallmark of innovation and technical breakthroughs.

Acknowledged both for the aesthetic appeal of its models and for its technical excellence, Corum is proud to contribute to perpetuating the time-honored values and expertise of Fine Watchmaking. The continuity and the longevity of its collections are not mere words at Corum: the Admiral's Cup has been sailing the oceans for 50 years, while the Bridges collection has been making its mark on watchmaking history for over 30 years. History is definitely in the making at Corum.
