On November 26, 2019, Panerai launched “Pam. Guard,” a care program that can be managed on its own platform for Panerai owners. Participation in the program officially extends the international limited warranty for eligible watches up to eight years. Eligibility for Pam.Guard is limited to watches purchased no more than two years prior to the program’s launch date. The Pam.Guard program is retroactive and customers owing a watch purchased over the last two years prior to the program launch can benefit from the Pam.Guard international limited warranty extension. (Please refer to the International Limited Warranty page on the official website due to some restrictions.)
Registered member of Pam.Guard’ will also receive services such as managing the history of their watch collection and receiving individual newsletter.
How to register with Pam. Guard:
1. Either scan the QR code on back of warranty card or access to https://services.panerai.com/ja/register/manual and input manually your serial number.
2. Validate the watch and subscribe to Pam.Guard.
3. Create your digital collection.
