Watches & Wonders 2025 - Patek Philippe

At Watches & Wonders Geneva 2025, Patek Philippe unveiled the Grand Complication Ref. 27000M‑001

A rare and exquisite desk clock that exemplifies the brand’s mastery of horological complexity and artistic craftsmanship.

Inspired by classic American-style desk clocks from the 1920s, this exceptional piece features a perpetual calendar and week display, powered by cutting-edge technology protected by nine patents. The newly developed movement—comprising 912 components and crafted over seven years—offers an impressive 31-day power reserve and maintains remarkable accuracy with a constant-force mechanism, achieving a daily rate deviation of just ±1 second.

The silver opaline dial displays hours, minutes, seconds, moon phase, date, day, month, leap year cycle, and day/night indication. A red mobile frame around the dial’s perimeter marks the week number. The case, made of sterling silver (92.5% pure), is adorned with intricate guilloché engraving and green flinqué enamel, while the hinged cover reveals an American walnut inlay, enhancing its presence as a luxurious desk centerpiece.

Case: 164.6 mm (height) × 125 mm (width) × 76.73 mm (depth), sterling silver, non-water-resistant / Movement: hand-wound Cal. 86-135 PEND S IRM Q SE (Frequency 28,800 vph, approx. 31-day power reserve) / Price: 186,560,000 yen
